Full refurbishment of existing office premises - Midlands

The Challenge

These offices required a full refurbishment of their existing office premises. The goal was to create a modern, efficient, and accessible workplace while upgrading all mechanical and electrical systems to meet current standards. The brief included high-quality interiors, improved building compliance, and a future-proof environment for staff and visitors.
Our Approach

JTR Interiors delivered a complete strip-out and refurbishment, working closely with the client and consultants to ensure design intent and compliance were achieved. We managed both the architectural fit-out and the complex M&E upgrades, ensuring the programme ran smoothly and the space was ready for occupation on time.

Key Deliverables:

Interiors: open-plan offices, boardroom, meeting rooms, kitchenette, and new WCs (including a DDA-compliant accessible facility).
Finishes: bespoke joinery, feature panelling, commercial flooring, decorative tiling, and a strong design scheme using deep navy accents.

Complete rewire and installation of new distribution boards.
